1973 Vacuum Chronometer Automatic, manufactured by Century in Switzerland but sold under a variety of names (mostly Waltham in the US). The case is a 44 carat ruby, making it one of the rarest of all of Century's watches. I believe there is an ETA 2832 inside. The crystal is a faceted yellow sapphire and the red sunburst dial has a day-date complication. The pictures really don't do the dial justice. Measurements are as seen in the photos.
