For Sale: JDM 2021 Seiko Presage Arita Porcelain SARW053 (internationally known as SPB171) This beautiful timepiece, limited to just 2000 pieces, is a gem for collectors and enthusiasts alike! Dial: Inspired by the Heian Period’s (794-1185 AD) noble tradition of viewing the moon’s reflection on water, known as Suigetsu. The Arita porcelain dial is crafted using a 400-year-old technique from Arita, Japan, involving hand-painting and multiple firings at high temperatures. This results in a distinctive, glossy finish, making each dial unique with its own subtle differences. The glossy white finish, accented with blue indexes and handset, is in fantastic condition—a true work of art! Crystal: Both the front and back crystals are flawless and present beautifully. Case: The 40.6mm case is in very good to excellent condition. There’s a very light mark at 9 o’clock and some light scuffing on the case back (see photos and video). On wrist, it looks stunning! Movement: The automatic Seiko 6R27 movement is winding and setting perfectly. The date complication and power reserve indicator function as designed. Service history is unknown. Band: The original blue alligator strap with deployment clasp shows very light wear, and the clasp is in excellent condition. Accessories: Includes inner and outer boxes, warranty card (originally purchased from Takashimaya Nihonbashi Watch Maison in Nov 2021), manual, and an additional Seiko watch box.
