Typically less than +1 sec per day. I've gone back and forth on selling this one for a while but trying to pair down my collection and also own a polar explorer ii and use the gmt hand a lot. This one is more accurate than that one though. Typical specs of this model 300m water resistance METAS certified 42mm Comes with bracelet and OEM rubber I also have a few rubber straps from tempomat that I preferred over Zealande and some others I've tried.
