Both are Quartz and Both Run and keep time..With the LARGE Stainless Cases ..

These have been in my collection for years and I just NEVER Wear them...

40mm Diameter NOT including Screw Down Crowns..

Batteries replaced a Year ago so likely will/should have new ones again

Quickset Date works Fine on the SS Bezel Model but the Date Feature on the Black Inner one sticks and when tightening crown turns the date..Think it just Needs an adjustment.

Cases are Clean..Crowns Screw Down..These are nice watches NOT Perfect but certainly wearable..
