Limited to just 1,000 pieces worldwide, this model blends heritage cues with high-performance specs, offering something truly special for fans of Seiko’s history and mechanical prowess. Inspired by the 1964 Crown Chronograph — Japan’s first wristwatch with a stopwatch function — the SRQ039 features a silver sunburst dial with contrasting black subdials, crisp applied indices, and sharp dauphine hands, all under a dual-curved sapphire crystal. The case measures 42.3mm in diameter, 49.5mm lug-to-lug, 15.1mm thick, and features a 20mm lug width. Inside beats the in-house column wheel chronograph caliber 8R48, offering a vertical clutch system, 45-hour power reserve, and superb mechanical feel through the pushers.
