The absolute all time classic: Rolex Datejust 1603, 36mm Stainless case with Engine Turned Bezel fitted on factory Jubilee bracelet. Rolex 1603, circa 1974, 4.1million serial number, caliber 1570 movement with hacking seconds. Factory Jubilee bracelet (later 62510H with I10 date code) that is in EXCELLENT condition with very little stretch. Dial: Originally started out as a Gray "Sigma" dial - pictured next to another factory Gray 'Sigma' dial from the same time period. The dial on this one has turned to a 'light lavender' or 'taupe' color. Just amazing and, very unique! The dial is MINT without any scratches, nicks or any defects whatsoever. All lume plots are present and the tritium on the hands match the lume plots. The watch is in overall EXCELLENT condition. There is pitting between the lugs but the watch has passed a pressure test. Bracelet is a later bracelet ('D' links with screws and will fit a 7.75" wrist) with very little stretch. I don't know the service history however, the watch winds smooth and the date 'snaps' over right at midnight. I have observed that the watch is running +10 seconds FAST per 24hr. period on my wrist consistently. I do not see any scratches and/or nicks on the acrylic crystal. $4,200 paid through Zelle or Wire plus actual shipping will get you this super nice Rolex 1603 with a very unique dial!
