For sale is this vintage Seiko Dolce 8N41-6060, made in Japan in February of 1991. Seiko's Dolce line was one of their top lines of dress watches during the '80s and early '90s with hefty price tags to accompany the looks. This Seiko Dolce, reference no. SACG081, sports a special textured dial in a sort of delicate paper style coupled with a faint checkered pattern when viewed macro yet non of the squares are the same - really exquisite craftsmanship. The dial is a silvery white which pairs nicely to the high-polish stick baton markers with chamfered ends. The dagger hands are dipped in black ink while the silver seconds hand is capped for real attention to detail as a dress watch should be. The "Dolce" logo and "Seiko" logo are swapped, giving the "Dolce" moniker more importance and gravitas. Seiko did this at the turn of the decade into the '90s on the Dolce line.  The case is crazy thin at just 5.3mm thin and has a gothic, villainous styling with the sleek lugs and black stone cabochon crown reminiscent of Cartier. The crystal is sapphire as were all Dolce models (a sign of higher end models). General wear as expected from a 34 year old watch with some scratches on the bezel and crystal but the case is relatively good condition apart from that especially the sides.  The calibre 8N41 movement is a high-accuracy & high-grade quartz accurate to within 20 per year and most report more accurate than that! (For reference the famous Casio f-91w is only accurate to 30 seconds per MONTH). The seconds hand satisfyingly hits every marker which is always a bonus.
