For sale is this vintage Seiko Mid-Size Diver 2625-0170, made in Japan in May of 1982. Being from the '80s this watch strikes the perfect balance between Seiko's quality years and the playful colours of the time. Sporting an unusual bicolour aluminium bezel and classic Seiko proportions, this example is longing to be at the beach during the summer rotation. The complementary silvery white dial is a nice addition with 3D lumed dot markers in a Pelagos-esque style having minimal framing.  The contrasting orange 150m lettering is a nice touch. The watch features a bi-directional ratcheting bezel that has a satisfying click and a nicely detailed screw-down crown. The rubber rally strap is original with the Seiko wave (diver) symbol present. It also features a useful date window with an adjourning lume plot, which nowadays is required for a diver iso certification.  The condition is great for its age with its original finishing very much intact and an almost scratchless crystal. It also has a fairly interesting serial number (250030) The calibre 2625 movement is in good working order with a stated accuracy of +/- 15 seconds per month.
