Small slim watches are back with avengence (they never went anywhere as far as I’m concerned…) If looking to add one to the collection without breaking the bank, this gorgeous blue sunburst dial Omega is tough to beat (look at that dial in the light!) REFERENCE: 111.077 DATE: 1969 DIAL: Beautiful blue sunburst dial, LOVE the no date De Villes, such a clean look. Sunburst pops like crazy in the light, and appears mint to the naked eye. Vintage plexi crystal in fantastic condition with only light wear. CASE: 33MM stainless case, with a slim profile and thin bezel bringing some nice presence, feels slightly larger than a classic Calatrava. As seen on my 6.6 inch wrist it wears perfectly while still having that vintage feel. Light wear throughout, as expected over the decades, but appears unpolished, very sharp and looks awesome. MOVEMENT: Service history unknown but the hand wound Omega movement is nice and smooth and all sets perfectly. Timegrapher numbers are also good at 10 seconds per day with an amplitude of 215.
