As watchnerds will know, Zodiac was right alongside Blancpain and Rolex in offering the first dive watches to the market in 1953/54. When Rolex later introduced the GMT-Master, Zodiac replied with the Aerospace, but where the Rolex had the now iconic pepsi colorway, the Zodiac had a black and grey bezel. A great design choice that Rolex finally chose to copy in 2024, when they released their own black and grey GMT. This 40mm LE reissue is one of 182 pieces, and houses a rock solid ETA based caller gmt movement. Which in my opinion is a better and more robust movement than later Zodiac GMTs.
