I purchased this watch as “Nearly New” from CW in March of this year so it has almost 4.5 years of warranty left. This is the 40 mm version and is in good, preowned condition. There is a scuff on the bezel above 12 o’clock that I have tried to photograph. It’s not very noticeable during regular wearing. There are several marks on the bracelet from normal use. This has the newer version of the clasp that has microadjust. The sale includes full kit as received from Christopher Ward with warranty card dated 3/28/2025. I’m asking $900 shipped CONUS. NO TRADES PLEASE. I accept PayPal F&F, Zelle or Venmo. Thanks for looking.

Christopher Ward was founded by Chris Ward, Mike France and Peter Ellis on a boat on the river Thames in 2004.

In 2005, Christopher Ward released their first watch which created a whole new model for the watchmaking industry. When influential watch bloggers wrote about their watches on TimeZone, Christopher Ward were being discussed more than Rolex in December 2005.

For the company’s 10th anniversary in 2014, it merged with Swiss manufacturing partners Synergies Horlogères SA to create Christopher Ward London Holdings Ltd. This culminated in the launch of Christopher Ward’s first in-house movement, Calibre SH21, in July 2014. Conceived and designed over the past four years by Christopher Ward’s watchmaker, Johannes Jahnke, the SH21 is entirely Swiss-made by some craftsmen. This release is said to be “probably the most important development by a British watch brand in the past 50 years.”

Christopher Ward London was the only watch company to rank in The Sunday Times SME Export Track 100, ranking 77th in 2015.
