Some light marks from wear around the case. Hairline scratches are visible in bright lighting in the polished areas. There are some light scuffs on the bottom ends of the lugs as the watch rests on these spots when placed sitting dial up. There are some scratches on the inside of the lugs from strap changes, but they are largely not visible when the strap is installed. The watch is currently on an IWC textile strap. The original leather strap is included but shows wear, and there is an extra hole I punched to fit better on my 7.2" wrist. The straps and pin buckle are NOT the Eas-xchange system. The set comes with everything that was included: Outer box and travel box, booklets, warranty card, microfiber cloth, ribbon, pin, leather strap, and an extra keeper for the textile strap.
