JAZ is a well-known French clockmaker founded in 1919. By 1943, the company had made its 10 millionth unit, becoming the country’s biggest watchmaker. JAZ started to decline in 1983 after being absorbed by Matra Holdings alongside Yema. This example is likely from the 70s and it’s powered by a Lorsa P76 manual wind movement. It features a square case measuring 37mm, making it perfect for larger folks who want to get into vintage watches. Comes with a brand new leather strap. **Condition:** Good. The case looks great for its age. The acrylic crystal has some scratches, but nothing that some Polywatch can’t fix. Please see the pictures for full condition and clarity. **Case Size:** 37.2 x 37.2 mm chrome-plated case with a thickness of 11.9mm and a 20mm lug width. **Movement:** Lorsa P76, manual wind with 17 jewels and a beat rate of 21,600 bph.
