Hi all, Up for sale is a lovely vintage **Omega Seamaster** from **1958**, reference **2846**, powered by the automatic **Caliber 501**. What makes this piece extra special is the **large hippocampus logo** on the caseback—Omega only used this version for a short time in 1958, so it’s much less common than the usual smaller logo. The watch is in overall good shape and runs great after a **fresh service in May 2025**. The **case has some light scratches** from normal use over the years, and while it might’ve been polished lightly in the past, the lugs still keep their original shape and edges. It still has the **original Omega clover crown**, which is period-correct for this model. The **Plexiglas is also original** and has the Omega logo at the center. The watch is paired with an **aftermarket strap and buckle**, comfortable and ready to wear. Everything else is original.
