Bezel insert is scratched up/fading and brings down the overall rating of the watch. The watch has a steel case strapped on the original Seiko jubilee bracelet.. Day wheel is in English-Spanish. Mineral crystal and all other parts are clean.  Bracelet is sized for 6-6.25 inch wrists only hence selling low.
