Only 1,991 pieces were made, and nearly all stayed in Asia. You almost never see these in Europe. The 45mm case is based on Seiko’s Prospex “Sumo” platform. The short lugs and curvature make it surprisingly wearable. The dial features warm gold accents, with a black/red bezel that sets it apart. It’s easily one of the most collectible Sumo variants out there. Inside beats the reliable 6R35 automatic movement, with 70 hours of power reserve. You also get a sapphire crystal and 200m of water resistance. A proper dive watch with local flair and real scarcity.
