These pieces are from the GDR times of Glashütte behind the iron curtain and are the inspiration for many of the modern GO watches. They do come with a rich independent history at a much smaller price point. This watch has recently been serviced by a master watchmaker and not been worn since. It comes with Box and Papers which is basically a UNICORN amongst Glashütte Vintage watches, as these watches were never meant to be collectibles back then, much more of a daily tool, with demand always outstripping supply.
