Explore Pagani Design
Pagani Design speaks a visual language most watch enthusiasts already know: muscular dive cases, tachymeter bezels, and chronograph dials with familiar proportions. Founded in China in 2012, the brand has made close interpretations of established designs its main territory. The resemblance is deliberate, with recognizable silhouettes taking precedence over a distinct house style.
The PD-1701 is a good place to start. Its black dial, three registers, and tachymeter scale draw directly from the Speedmaster school of chronograph design. Inside, the Seiko VK63 meca-quartz caliber combines quartz timekeeping with a mechanically actuated chronograph—a distinction you feel when pressing the pushers and resetting the hands.
For a different chronograph vocabulary, the PD-1644 follows the Daytona template, also using the VK63. The PD-1661 moves into Submariner-style dive-watch territory, pairing a rotating bezel and magnified date with the automatic Seiko NH35. These references form useful landmarks in a broad catalog: the model numbers matter, because the watches borrow from quite different corners of the enthusiast canon.
