The Longines Spirit brings pilot-watch legibility into a thoroughly modern collection: bold Arabic numerals, luminous hands, and a minute track that gives the dial real depth. Since its 2020 debut, the family has expanded beyond its original three-hand watches and chronographs, so “Spirit” can mean quite different things on the wrist.

The original steel Spirit 40mm and Spirit 42mm place the date at three, with five applied stars above six and chronometer-certified L888 automatics inside. The later Spirit 37mm moves the date to six, giving the smaller dial a more symmetrical layout. The Spirit Titanium takes another direction: lighter cases, no date, and a restrained dial treatment that makes it more than simply a steel Spirit in another metal.

The Spirit Chronograph adds three registers and conventional stopwatch operation, while the Spirit Flyback allows a running chronograph to be reset and restarted with one push. The Spirit Zulu Time branches into travel-watch territory, pairing an independently adjustable local-hour hand with a rotating 24-hour bezel—a distinctly different proposition from the straightforward three-hand models.

$1,250 – $2,267 spread of reference medians

Each price is the median ask from one reference's own listings, and a reference needs at least five to get one. Listings that don't name a reference are left out, and nothing is blended into a family price.
