Explore Jenny
Jenny belongs to the era when dive-watch makers were pushing depth ratings far beyond what most wearers would ever need. Founded in Switzerland in 1963, the company made its name with the Caribbean 1000: a muscular diver rated to 1,000 meters, with a monobloc case that eliminated the conventional removable caseback. It was serious underwater engineering, expressed in a watch with plenty of color.
The decompression bezel is Jenny’s most recognizable detail. Its densely marked scale was designed to help divers determine decompression stops according to dive depth and elapsed time. Beside the broad hands and bold hour markers, that intricate ring gives the Caribbean a distinctly technical face—not simply another diver with a minute scale around the dial.
The modern Caribbean 300, introduced for the brand’s fiftieth anniversary in 2013, brings that visual language into a 42mm case. Water resistance is 300 meters, with a sapphire crystal and an automatic ETA 2824-2 inside. Bright dial choices preserve the Caribbean’s unusually cheerful approach to underwater equipment.
