The IWC Top Gun Mojave Desert trades the usual black flight-watch palette for sand-colored ceramic, a brown dial, and subdued beige markings. It keeps the instrument-panel clarity that makes an IWC pilot’s watch so satisfying, but the softer contrast gives it a distinctly different character on the wrist.
