Beautiful full kit Ulysse Nardin Black Dial 44mm. Dial has a subtle pebbled texture, very cool. - Near mint condition with black rubber dial and tang UN buckle - Extra OEM white Rubber Strap (no extra buckle) - Box, books, warranty card dated 8/29/2025 all included. Very Slight wear marks with light wear, superficial only, Crystal is clear. Rubber Strap shows some very light wear on the underside of the strap. Mainly interested in trades for blue, green, white or silver dials: zenith, Omega, Grand Seiko, IWC, something with some funk. I'm also distracted by shiny things so give me a try for other watches, I apologize in advance for being picky. Trade value $6400 and I have other watches and a little bit of cash I can add to a trade up for slightly higher value watches also. Founding his company in 1846, Ulysse Nardin first trained in horology under his father, Leonard-Frederic Nardin, and perfected his skills under the tutelage of Frederic William Dubois and Louis JeanRichard-dit-Bressel, two master watchmakers whose fame extended beyond the mountains of Neuchatel, Switzerland.

Ulysse Nardin's marine chronometers have seen service with the navies of some 50 countries during the mid-1800s.

In 1983, the company was acquired by businessman Rolf Schnyder who, in conjunction with watchmaker Ludwig Oechslin, relaunched the brand. Schnyder and Oechslin would aim to produce complication timepieces using modern materials and manufacturing techniques.

In 2014, Ulysse Nardin was acquired by the Kering Group, formerly known as PPR.
