On offer is this beautiful Rolex 1500 in 14K/SS from 1972. The 34mm case is in very good condition with strong chamfers and uniform lugs. Very minor scratches and no nicks. The 14K yellow gold bezel is crisp and without any dings or nicks. The 14K/SS Jubilee bracelet is an aftermarket Italian bracelet with a genuine Rolex buckle. The buckle is in excellent condition and has not been refinished. The Rolex coronet is full and pronounced. Bracelet will fit a 7.5 inch wrist and is in very good condition. The gold 'D' links are nearly identical to the factory links. There are 5 links with screws. The gold dial is just fantastic! Mint without any flaws and the Tritium on all the markers and the gold hands still light up! The acrylic crystal is without flaws - there are no scratches and/or nicks. It has passed a pressure test. The caliber 1570 chronometer grade movement is running well (I do not know the service history) and keeping good time. It has the hack seconds function; the date snaps over crisply right at midnight.
