Up for sale is a gorgeous, all original (minus brand new Klein Vintage Watch crystal) Seiko 7002-7001. Watch was fully serviced by well known Seiko watchmaker Guy Jeffery (Rexworthywatches on IG). Full movement service and gaskets (of course not guarantying water resistance but should be good for normal use). Also just received brand new exact reproduction KVW crystal ($50 cost just for crystal). Watch is in excellent condition. Dial and hands are mint. Bezel is very good with a few scratches but otherwise excellent (bi-directional and turns nicely). Case is very good, brushing on top surfaces is all intact, polished surfaces have microscratches and on nick near 9oclock but is overall quite nice. Movement is running excellent. On timegrapher, it’s running at over 300 amplitude at -1. In real world, I’m getting around +5-10. All original 7002s are very hard to find, much less one in this condition. As many Seiko-files have noted, the 7002 is a total sleeper. It’s one of Spencer Klein’s favorite divers. Priced at $400. I will include at your choice, the lightly worn newer Seiko GL831 off an Arnie reissue, or a period correct GL831 that is stiff but still in nice condition.
